Two cents: Having mandatory pit stops may put off some folks and keep them from joining. I agree that it's a good skill to have in one's sim racing bag of tricks. BTW if I personally don't show for an event, it's not because it does or doesn't have pit stops. It'll probably be because I have other sim racing commitments on Sundays or my Social Secretary has other plans for me.
I love it. Shuffles up all the tactics and even allows newbs like me to use it to make up ground (eg luck).
We can practice them today, quick pitstops in the F2s, just 8-9 secs as you can't refuel. Knight, come and join, I guess more than half of the grid will spin more than once (me included)
Required pitstops for todays F2 race at palm beach? That would be great. It would add some value to the strategy facet of racing.
yes they were required. Though the cars are not really my thing, it were nice races. Now if only someone told me before the first race I had to request the guys for a pitstop...

Did better than I thought, still not a huge fan of the car but it was fun and that is what it's all about.
Well I can read theirs (food, sleep, drinks, sleep , oh wait work?, sleep, payment, sleep, more sleep, pitbabes, sleep.. etc.) so yes...
It's the lack of FFB I don't like, never too sure what the car is doing until it's too late. Just a little more resistance in the turn would go a long way for me.
I solved the problem by adding a bit Centering Spring Strength at Controllers Settings and it works perfectly for me. 20%
I didn't realize there was a race this night at first; was so much thinking of next week. So I intruded, didn't want to join a race in a car I haven't been really driving; no one needs a slow moving chicane Didn't prepare, didn't think it was this week.....my fault obvious. Was my daughters birthday today, so have been a bit preoccupied apparently. Seeing it was race night, it scared me; can't step in cold.....made enough trouble in the past in practice races.
