[WIP] Apex Modding World Sportscar Championship

Officially introducing the WSC mod, based on 1970 Group 5 cars. They are:
  • Porsche 917K
  • Matra MS650/670B
  • Alfa Romeo 33 Tipo 3
  • Ferrari 512S/M
The plan is to have the mod completed in 2018. The 917K will remain a free car. More updates and information will follow in the near future.

I KNOW!! we can make a movie about these cars! We don't need a script...just lots and lots of footage of the cars going round....

Here here! Historic content is the stuff that originally created the legends of the racing that can shape the enthusiasm of future generations?
 
Lola T260 +++ especially if it has the extended front wing! Sir Jackie HATED that car. What an odd looking duck that was![but I've always been fond of the L&M red/white livery] Chaparral, substitute a little DRS-like boost to imitate the movable wing.

A 1967 GT season would be a dream to create and have but this isn't GPL. There's a lot more research and manpower needed to complete these cars these days - adequately. The team size is extremely small and talent is always welcome.

We need more talented modders to rF2 :) Amoun of work needed is huge
 
Thank god you guys are bringing the 512 to a sim... Such an epic car. Can't be more hyped to race it against the Porsche!
