    I have about 500.000 kb in idle, so RAM is not your problem.

    I never have drops to less than 20 FPS, and such drop happens only in the main straight @ Brianza (i guess the track requires some LOD optimization for low end users).

    Dont know how to compare my HD 4870 (1 GB VRAM) with your graphics card, but your CPU is a bit faster than mine.

    HD 4870 is a faster card than the 450GTS, but not by a huge margin.

    Speaking of Harddrives, what sort of setup do you have? By the fact that your other hardware is also dated, do you have SATA Harddrive/s ? Did you install the game on the quickest drive you have?

    Geforce 450 GTS is 1gb vram, ddr5, 128 bits, engine clock 783MHZ, clock memory 3608 MHZ.

    It must be very equal to yours.

    I think memory is not a problem, (it is only when +30 cars, this give me crash errors in rf1, gsc 2012, etc)

    but i'm testing with 15-10 cars.

    It is installed in 160GB SATA HDD, W7 is intalled in 80GB IDE HDD, both are defragged, cleaned.

    Is the Swap File located on the IDE HDD or the SATA?

    I didn't change it, so it must be windows default HDD, which is 80GB IDE

    I tried change this to "1", didnt see any change yet.

    Flush Previous Frame="0" // Make sure command queue from previous frame is finished (may help prevent stuttering)

    Now one thing i noticed is that "mirrors" is a big FPS killer, i tried no mirrors and gained more than 15 FPS.

    But i can't race online without it, so i ask if there anyway to "lower mirrors graphics?" something like seeing only track and car, no other stuff from tracks and world around.

    Changing anything about the HDD setup won´t do much for better FPS. It will decrease loading times nothing more. When you are driving and rFactor 2 has to access data on your HDD is when your performance goes to the bin, be it to load additional data because it could not be stored in RAM or acessing virtual memory that got swapped to the pagefile. No matter how fast a drive you throw at it, RAM will always be faster by orders of magnitudes.

    You could try adjusting the FOV of the mirrors using Shift+Ctrl+Seat*, you need to assign keys for seat adjustments. Also see if toggling the mirror options by pressing "3" yields different results.

    One more thing just came to my mind. You could see if disabling replay recording helps.

    I eliminated graphics card for the issue, because makes no difference AA, or other option from LOW to FULL

    I eliminated memory RAM, i did optimization in windows, now it uses ridiculous 324MB RAM in iddle, with rfactor 2 didnt use more than 1,3GB.

    you set AA = NONE in the game configuration, and adjust it from the nvidia control panel (override application settings), it will make a very noticeable fps difference from one setting to another.

    Yeah on my system I can run at 120fps with no lag or stutters;

    system specs;
    mobo : ASUS S.1155 INTEL P67, ATX,
    CPU : INTEL CORE I7-2600k, 3.40ghz,
    CORSAIR DDR3 4X4GB 1600mhz XMP
    INTEL 320 SERIES 160GB SSD
    OEM
    2X: MSI GTX 570 732MHZ 1.2G-GDDR5
    Windows 8 pro 64bits,

    You have to turn down a few graphics settings but unless you are a graphics whore you will be overwhelmed by rfactor's physics.
    Here is a screen shot of me running the skippy at limerock, its great!!
