convert track rf1 to rf2

Can anybody help me to convert phoenix 1991 from rf1 to rf2? I followed instructions from some old spaskis vídeo on youtube, but i didn`t make it, when i try to open in rf2 dev mod it shows the track, but when i try to load it the program closes. thanks Degazzi
