Just to confirm, uninstalling g hub solved the issue for me as well. Haven't tried yet with older g hub version. Edit: Update...tried with the older version of the g hub, it's closing without any issues, as it was before g hub update.
So will the Logitech wheels still work properly with G-Hub un installed? lol .. I have a G923 and Logitech keyboard. Sounds like this is on them (Logitech) ..
I confirm, closing Logitech's Ghub before opening rFactor 2 fixes it and closes correctly. All the best.
Buggy logitech software, it just doesn't work as it should. I reckon they try and cram to much other stuff to support (keyboards, mouse etc) rather than having a dedicated wheel driver.
@Manfredk2 which one ? and where please => edit i found it there https://support.logi.com/hc/fr/articles/360025298133 thanks now my rf2 install is crashing every time impossible to play
From my experience as affected, it is not necessary to uninstall the application, you just have to close it in the task bar before starting rFactor 2. Greetings.
New Version 2022.2.659 also produces the error. Decision Do not install G-Hub. Alternative to create profiles for other games: Old Software Logitech Gaming Software (Last version)
I'm using G HUB now, older version, where everything works as it should. So you can use older version, I have 2021.9.7463.
I use G29 for the last 4 years and never installed G-hub, I stayed on the latest version of LGS v. 9.02.65. I don't know if the problem is G-hub, as I said, I didn't install that software, but LGS has never given me that problem you mention about closing RF2.
I don't have Logitech wheel, but have Logitech keyboard and mouse, thus have G Hub installed. Everything worked fine until last week, when update came and broke rf2 closing. Latest version also didn't fix the problem.
