Figured it out. Had to make a new component to get it to use the updated paths. I was trying to update an existing component that probably had the wrong paths.
Thanks!
Have packed up a track rfcmp, installs fine, but doesn't show in game. Reason is, it puts all of the MAS files and the mft file into "Launcher" folder instead of "Locations\MyTrackName".
What in the world am I doing wrong?
Yeah, it is definitely too big. Another forum member put the driver in place for me, but I have lost touch with him. Not responding to emails.
I have the MAX scene if anyone wants to try implementing the proper driver or can take a look at the spindle issue on the left rear!
We have cars racing! Gearbox needs work, engine needs work, and the tires have a "wobble" that I can't explain. Had to rebuild the entire thing from scratch from just the max scene and Jose's suspension files and some filler physics but we are back in business.

Would the Dallara DW-12 tires help for the ovals? I thought I gave you that stuff months ago Dann. Was it not helpful?
What physics stuff is left to be done? So much of it was written great for rF1 that I imagine it should be able to be translated to rF2 pretty easily if old rF1 cars like...
Someone posted the SimRaceway tracks for rF1, can't be too hard to convert to rF2 I figure. Kentucky and many others are on that service. Maybe ISI can link up and get their tracks and add "fantasy" logos to avoid licensing?
I'm trying to work on AI training, but can't seem to get anyone to share a really strong Indianapolis setup. As soon as I get that, I will have some progress!

I have the model, fonts, etc. and am working on the FONTSLCD file for this wheel right now.
Anyone available to help put it on my 2015 Indy Lights IL-15 car?
