[rF2 Asia Series] Saturday Night Fever is back!

You gotta push uncomfortably close to the walls and do so lap after lap . I only tried a handful of laps over 2 sessions, the server has a LOT of rubber. I wouldn't doubt a 1:02 is very achievable. This was with medium RR:

One thing that helps is having the 120" wheelbase car!

 

yup...i use 120" too just that im still too slow getting into corners, comparing it to ur vid.

 

Nice lap gornes- yep inchange to 120 size tyres seems to have improvement

Just did several laps with AIs in race, manage to get 1:06.7 with around 40 liters. This car between these walls reminds me Monaco. And going close to the walls can be tricky as the mechanical grip will change visible depending on the amount of rubber and condition of the tires. Last corner before start straight is also tricky and easy to spin there hehe
Hope different tires size will help a bit

 

It will Gornes- I learnt so far that in the last corner if i turn in a bit earlier "slower in" i can throtle out and get a better exit without waiting too long for the car to point to right direction. But sometimes that saussage kerb at the end man srsly lol

No worries gornes - after that race I did 2 more and got too fatigued and lost focus- spun both races and decided to call it a night - good fun though - Naz have awesome laptimes too

I had so much drive last nite i swear i couldve make it into the 1.03s but my cat jumped on my lap asking for his food (again). And after that my gf and mom called and when the time i sat back in the rig again i fell asleep.

Hey Naz , don't know what it was with your server but I tried a few times to join and it tells me I need Lester 1.4 ,, twice?? I already have it btw.

You hafta install the v1.0 first then subscribe (install) to v1.10.

Ah ok will try next time . sorry Bad memory , probably was 1.1 . was weird it had 2 missing Lester 1.1 then ? maybe that's just how it showed for not having 1.0 installed ?

The race time currently is as per last week. We have received suggestion for some session (especially the warmups) to be shortened, resulting in earlier start for the races.

I agree, imo warmup should last no more than 5 minutes, you know for stuff like brb gotta pee etc lol. This long and tension built in quali sort of drops Even enough before the 2nd race. Basically very long practice is nice, plenty of time to get familiar with car/track and improve time, and then as quickly to the race as possible
