It`s more confusion, if all the user data files are gone or overwritten in case of an update or crash ;-)
Not if all the user settings (PLR, ControlSets, etc.) would be stored in the Documents folder. You could easily re-install rF2 and all your previously made user settings would be right there.
Muchas gracias Frazerbox, ya tengo trackmap con 64 bit : P Grandisimo trabajo, mi RF2 incompleto sin el
I also operate my PC exclusively as an administrator but being an administrator and "Run as administrator" are not the same. Right-click the Launcher shortcut and choose "Run as administrator" to start rF2 or, if you wish to always launch rF2 with "Run as administrator", right click the Launcher shortcut, click Properties and in the Shortcut tab, click Advanced and tick the check box next to "Run as administrator" then click OK.
64bit plugin works here without any tweaking or problems. Thanks I mainly use tyre wear levels and best sector times screens, now I finally got them back
and it works now perfect with triple screen. That is new because I remember it was not possible to place the widgets on the left or right screen without having some side effects. Now it is possible. Thanks guys!
I use warping software for a projector (nthusim). version 0.94 worked great. now I get a crash to desktop after track loading finishes, sometimes immediately, sometimes after about 20 seconds once in car. Removing the d3d9.dll fixes the crash but then trackmap does not load. any help would be appreciated.
did you remove the version before 94 ? http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/21913-TrackMapPlugin-V0-95-32bit-64bit
Yes, I did a clean install of rfactor to make sure all was gone, also tried disabling controls in menu as outlined in the trackmap docs
It crashes in 32bit, the 64bit is stable but I have some hardware plugins that only work in 32bit so that is the version I would prefer to use. thanks for responding. -elbo
I have the same issues, but on both 32bit and 64bit. NFO says: E) in case of CTD at the end of the TrackMap plugin loading time ingame, load again rF2, go race, open TrackMap menu (ALT+SPACE) and change "Enable Controllers" from YES to NO Tried that but still no luck. Note: It's only possible to check the menu in SP not in MP. In MP it crashes almost immediately after loading the trackmap. Can someone help me out?
