Aparently the "outter" oval is a representation of Charlotte, yes. Even the grandstands are pretty accurate.

The infield and the surroundings appear to have been changed.

Looks like a hybrid of fantasy and real track to me.

 

hiya, does anyone know if the infield is the same too (as Charlotte ....assuming this is the Charlotte layout )

 

If you go back a few pages there are similarities shown, such as the kart track and road course, with minor differences (likely to get around license issues and perhaps some creative license. The mountain, for example, looks really cool.

 

Hopefully it's not too accurate to Charlotte, that giant hump into T1 and the narrow track make it prohibitive to Indycars, while if it's more like Texas, game on!

 

the more real the better, humps and bumps included.

 

I'll say dirt is coming.

No Mountain Peak work during the weekend, but this kind of weekend work has the potential to be even more exciting

I wouldn't be betting on it, that's for sure. There are still so many facets of the road racing to be completed. Maybe its dirt and grass pickup modelling?

Yeah my money's on dirt too.
It's been a while since the release of the little quad/dirt experiment too.

 

I'm just wishful thinking. I really don't know what to think to be honest.
