    All previous updates worked for me but not this one. Says I have 125 but no skippy or limerock :(

    How/why are you selecting core? That's not how updating works...

    Have you tried downloading them? They're not part of the update file. No car or track ever has been.

    They are two different downloads mate, only a torrent for the skippy & track so far.

    Put the file in the updates folder, run the launcher, go to update, and update. At NO TIME should you be selecting a directory for anything.

    ok maybe im doing it wrong...

    im opening rf2 ...goto update at the top...click query...it says found local update...then click install...then a regular exe installation style box appears...then the rest is as above ?

    p.s. updates have worked for me before

    If you already have it installed, I think it should just be a case of clicking next... I guess I'm out of practice doing manual updates. ;)

    Why will dedicated server not update? Says it needs a valid license.

    I've downloaded the file into the update folder on the dedicated server and I've even logged in under my rF2 username and still I get this.

    "A valid license and online account are required for update notification and downloads."

    thanks tim. About the update all work well.

    If someone have problems i do this:
    copy EXE file to updates folder --> Update TAB --> Query --> Install.

    Reopen launcher --Reconfigure Sim

    yer not sure..it was pointing to a generic c:/program files/rFactor2 which isnt where my game is ..errors happened after i pointed it to correct folder

    p.s. not whinging btw just reporting :cool:
