I hope it's the Renault rs01. We've got already some renaults in rF2. Honestly hope it's not a Lotus, they are everywhere these days.
Really looking forward to the updates on the existing historics Tire model & wear / mirrors etc / art update
I hope it's the Ford GT40 Mark IV. View attachment 6658 However, it is glad to attempt the tire model's enhancement for Modder to contract to the tire manufacturer.
We do have another 1960's Brabham licensed. Low priority though due to us needing to do different things first. Later Brabhams are difficult in comparison, because of who owned it.
Help for tires will come from us releasing some examples of different types of tires (which we will do). A manufacturer being involved would really screw with that... Too secretive.
I too had an Audi R-18 at the Circuit de la Sarthe flash to mind... into my right brain whilst the image of a snowball in a bad place melted in my left brain. Wouldn't that be something though. Might we infer from the quote, "One of the ultimate modern car and track combinations (for me, anyway) licensed for @rFactor2...", that this license for a car and a track is from a single source? How would that be possible? Or is this combination just a result of two almost concurrent acquisitions this week?
For instance, Ferrari owns Fiorano, I believe Panoz owns a couple of US circuits (including Road Atlanta I believe?), and there are likely more examples Now I don't think that the examples I mentioned are it, since several Panoz were allready licenced (so if Tim would have wanted that Licence, I think he would have gotten it earlier), and I guess Ferrari is a bit hard to get (not to mention that their circuit doesn't have proper pit, or start, etc ) Off course, I could be wrong
