Probably self-explanatory. Went to test some workshop item some time ago, but haven't unsubbed from it. Now it seems it was removed from workshop, but I cannot delete it from mod manager, it shows as a workshop item. If I delete files locally from "installed" folder, it still downloads it.
@KittX You will probably have to find and delete the content's folder in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\365960
