Windscreen dirt and reflection

Is there a graphic setting to increase to get screen dirt to build up on the windscreen ?
Also just a setting that gives more of an affect of looking through a windscreen with reflections etc....

 

Those can only be changed by the person creating the mod.

 

Oh okay . Ive turned shadows up to high from medium which looks slightly better . Im not sure how much shadows will affect fps ....
