    Hi guys,

Since a while my hard disk seems busy in the background and that results in stuttering; not only rF2 (that seems to be the least affected) but other games too.
There is a dual boot on my machine and this windows (7 ultimate) hasn't been used for a while until this week.

Now I looked at all the things going on and closed some things down with "services.msc" but no luck.
I even removed (for testing) my antivirus program; no luck.

So I went and looked at the taskmanager/source and saw a lot going on with my HD:

I mean wow; is this normal?
The MS Office for instance; hasn't even been used!

What can I do about all this? Any suggestions?
Will it go away when the system has been running for a while and get its "stuff together"?

Sorry to ask here, but in my opinion there is a lot of knowledge here about this kind of stuff.
