Will Nvidia have another go at SLI optimization?

    They had one swipe at it but it isn't really very good. Do you think they're done or are they waiting to have another go at improving it when rf2 goes gold? Could they be advising isi behind they scenes so isi can make the coding "sli friendly"?

    Generally speaking it is pointless to optimize for something that will change so I would say Nvidia will wait for gold or at least close to gold before making final optimizations. For sure if ISI contacts them I think they will get their support to write SLI "friendlier" code.

    As far as I understand the problem nVidia is not responsible for current situation. It's probably gfx engine issue which is bound to CPU rather than GPU.
