Where to send request for more activations?

Hello all
Just curious what email I should send my request to I've tried Renewals@rfactor.net and also Purchase@rfactor.net sent one late last night and one early this morning I figured it would be a fast response.. but maybe im just being to impatient ? Sorry just looking forward to trying out new build while I have a little free time..
