the highlighted geometry section of the .tgm what is X location, Y location and Z location of the node? which is which? is it x,y,z as it normally is?
There is no Z, last one is thickness. In tire tutorial it shows picture and shows which node is which. I started now such way that I made simple line in 3ds max, put 31 vertices in there and made it to be size and form of tire I'm trying to create. As it was easier for me to draw from rim at bottom, I then inverted profile and took those coordinates from vertices and put into TGM. Much easier for me that way, should not be impossible task to make program that outputs coordinates that you just copy and paste to place, wink, wink to any bored coders out there. I wonder what materials are those in rTrainer's TGM? Would be great to have those most common materials and their parameters to get listed up in Wiki. Anyway any cad software should help getting coordinates for nodes and my tip is to make line with 31 vertices and then start to drag vertices on proper places. Also this page is helpful for me as it gives lot of numbers quite easily: http://bndtechsource.ucoz.com/index/tire_data_calculator/0-20
