In all tdf files that I have checked, different road materials have a sink parameter which can be negative or positive except for the first road material whcich has no value for it. I would guess it means it gets 0 value in that particular case.

I wonder what this value does because it is the only difference I see between the road material used in Mills and in Essington old version.
In Essington regular "road" with Wet=0.84 No Sink BumpAmp=0.004 . In Mills new asphalt "asph" with Wet=0.89 Sink=-0.0025 BumpAmp=0.001 .
However the feeling in Mills is that the car is undriveable while in Essington it felt hard but normal. I am lost.

I figured this would be a value to offset the wheels on grass and gravel surfaces. That doesn't explain why those values are used on asphalt surfaces though :S Curious
what the values are used for :)
