What do I need?

    Racing the Meganes at the 66 tracks and obviously the gearing is way too short.
    The meganes have no gearing adjustments available.

    What do I need to do to be able to mod the Megane so as to have everything adjustable?

    Assuming we're allowed to 'mod' the ISI Megane?
