As the title says, i can load one race up and not get a wet track, quit and reload and i get a wet track! Is this a know issue? I set up 100% rain for all spots and sit in pits waiting for rain to cover the track! It looks dry but i see spray from tyres! Reload and do it all again and its wet and shinny! Wet no puddles but spray Reload same settings and its wet properly!
I'm not very often in the main Game, but i can confirm that for the DevMode, where it happens since a longer While (Years) already. Sometimes you have to restart a Weekend a few Times, to get the Rain appearing.
