Hi I am having problems with dark patches or shadows appearing on the carbody on certain camera views (see image) I was wondering if someone could help. View attachment 11141 I had the problem before on another car and was able to fix it, but I can't remember what it was. I remember it was a simple fix. It has nothing to do with the shader or the textures or the .gen file. Has anyone had the same problem and if so can they remember what it is? Thanks.
do you even need shadow objects anymore? None of mine have them and all shadows are as they should be.
Yup youre right, no need for shadow objects. @steveluppino you need to check some ISI car, the gen files and meshes will give you alot of explanation what is needed or how is needed but as as mentioned above, you dont need shadow object like it was before. you only need a simple quad on the flor to get the more darkened road under the car.
