SOLVED Validate rFactor2 in Forum

I'm not sure they're validating people's accounts anymore? Don't take my word, but I asked a while back and nothing happened.
 
Thank you but rFactor 2 I cant get the sim to play it says your system has changed so I must contact activation so they will reset my account I have my purchase number which was life time member ship so I have to do when the new year comes around they should take about 12.00 dollars.And my email is the one I have always used but they are saying wrong email not the right one for rFactor 2, well I don't know what they are talking about wrong email I just want to play the sim but I cant even do that which sucks.So what do I do now????
