[USF2000 official open server] Error "Invalid server details" When attempting to join

The official USF2000 open server ("S397 OPEN USF") doesn't seem to be working. It's stuck at "Silverstone - Historic Chicane" (it hasn't changed in hours), and when I try to join I get the error "Invalid server details" (see attached screenshots).

I used to be able to join it with no problems up until about 2 weeks ago.
I've validated my installation from Steam and there are no issues. The problem seems to be on the server side.

 

The server is still down.. that's strange, isn't there some automatic mechanism to restart it, or some alert to the admins when it crashes?

 

After 24h+ hours, the server is still down/stuck, giving the same error.

It is still listed on the multiplayer list, and the ping is changing, but it's alwats stuck at "Silverstone - Historic Chicane" and gives the same "Invalid server details" error when trying to join. Strangely, it displays the player count as if it was actually full: 46/46.
