For a few builds (at least since end of August) it is not possible to update the sim through the launcher when not logged in. I thought that behaviour was changed a while ago? This is concerning updating our dedicated servers of course. And while it is always possible to update by installing a current lite over the old installs, we would welcome it if we were able to update through the launcher again since that would mean we wouldn't always have to bother our main server admin (because of restricted access) but could do it ourselves.
By "not logged in", you meant not logged in to rF2 launcher? I just tried launcher without log-in and it does allow me to query for updates & install update for latest build. As far as I can remember, nothing has changed regarding that.
