Hi, I just tried to buy the rFactor2 beta build 69 through the launcher with the PayPal payment method. Same problem here. I get the error as soon as I try and pay via Paypal. Hopefully someone is looking into it- very frustrating, just take my money!
I have the same problem! Have tried a couple of times today and I just get that error message, when selecting Paypal, VISA... I really want to play right now haha

Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method. - e78dc0e18e1be" The last number seems to be some sort of unique id. I thought I might as well include the text on the off chance the information makes things easier. Thanks for the quick response.
This is actually a PayPal error. The "unique id" is what PayPal calls a correlation id, and it identifies the api operation that was made. You can attempt contacting PayPal to see if you can get any specific information from them, but unfortunately there is nothing that ISI can do to resolve it. If Skrill / Moneybookers is an option for you, I would suggest using them. Otherwise, you could try using a different payment method when on PayPal's site (eg PayPal Balance, eCheck, Credit Card, etc.).
