UI problem

I have tried using the new UI but it just doesn't work for me. It loads up ok but there is nothing there, no settings in the top right corner as I see in guides about the new UI. Have been trying for ages after every update but still no go. Works without any problems on the old disused UI. Can't find anywhere how to solve this. Help

 

Have you tried deleting userdata/player folder after backing it up and let steam redownload it for you?

 

yes I have. that fixed certain problems on the old UI but not the new one. I even tried reloading rF2 and all the mods

 

Could you post a screenshot to try to identify the problem?
