This is a basic way of making tire marks for a road. This can also be used for making the race groove. But in the end and if you have the skills, the best way to do it, is draw it all by hand.
Nice tip! I might add to people following this tutorial: do some/most marks in pairs, though. A lot of times you can get brake lock-up from one wheel, but most of the time, from my observations, skidmarks are laid down in pairs--at least with race cars.
