I've noticed a lot of sims have traction models that are totally unrealistic. I've been driving real cars for a long time and I have never seen a car with the ability to float as if it were on ice in just taking off. Without trying to put a whole lot of power to it and the car just skates off an asphalt corner on a bright sunny as if it were black ice. There has got to be some traction somewhere. The AI seems to have normal traction but try to keep up with them and you will end up in a ditch every time. traction also does not have a "Breaking" point where you can push the car to the limit and not go beyond this point. That's what "pushing it to the limit" is all about. Push the car to the limit of its ability to maintain traction.
