Torrent Downloads complete but cannot install files

    Torrent Downloads complete but cannot install files, when I click on the Torrent downloaded and complete files nothing happens.

    If you're talking about the EXE, then it really should launch.
    If you mean the .rfmod files, put them in the Packages folder and use Mod Manager to install them (right-click their line, select install [and update in the case of the FR3.5 mod]).

    rfmod files show complete in Torrent Download but where are they to put them in the packages folder

    They should be located where you told your torrent client to download them to :) . If you can't find them, a system-wide search for *.rfmod should help.

    That says 'Invalid Attachment' :/ ...

    If it's small enough to upload to the forum (or try to), it's not what you need.
