    Hi guys,

I just bought RFactor 2 and are trying first time.
I downloaded the beta and it started working, I had no control in cockpit so I assigned my throttle and brake to my real life fanatec throttle and brake and that worked. As soon as I went to assign my Thrustmaster T300 steering wheel to the Left control option it just crashes the whole game.

Haven't gotten out of the garage yet.
    Any help would be great

First things first, have you got the latest Thrustmaster drivers?
Secondly does this happen if you unplug your pedals and just have the wheel plugged in?

many users here have the Thrustmaster T300. So it may come down to windows assignments. I would unplug everything, then install the T300 drivers and calibrate in windows. Only then load rF2 and try to assign the wheel axis'. Then exit rF2 and plug in the pedals and repeat the process. Good Luck.
You should also try and have rF2 detect your wheel in the controller section.
