Would appreciate recommendations for third party tracks that have good AI. Graphics are not important to me but if you want to comment about graphics for the sake of others that is fine too.

    The good old Bahrain!
5 layouts, all work good (and are good looking too)!

I must be a really crap driver because I rarely beat the ai on any track set to full strength and aggression ;-)

In race or in practice? I find the old rF1 habit of the cars being extremely fast in practice, but then more normal in race quite common (probably because the AIW is from rF1).

Practice and race. Just I read recently about oschersleben and others having weak ai. I tried DTM and civic and I'm 2 or 3 seconds off

What cars are you looking to use? Some tracks won't matter as the AI will be slow (3rd party modern Spa, classic Monza, etc) and some will have ok AI in certain cars but bad in others.

So there is basically no pattern whatsoever? Is that because some of the AI function is in the car files and some is in the track files?

I can't answer to what I don't know, I could only speculate it's got to do with different behavior and handling of cars which require the AI path to basically be done with them.

ISI 60s vehicles and T280 mostly although I'll run Skippy's occasionally too.

Croft both looks great and has formidable AI.

Essington Park is pretty solid, bar the 2nd part of the 1st corner.

It is very confusing that the AIW is so inconsistent, its makes it very hard for me to figure out which 3rd party tracks to keep and which to delete.

It's gotta be the cars. I think the Osella PA 20 has really bad ai.

Ive had some tough battles at Mid Ohio in fr 3.5's , work up a sweat with AI set at 105% and 75% aggression
