When I’m driving on wet road and look back, the reflection of my headlights “freeze” in place and I’m able to leave it behind and even reverse back to it. I used the current RC and High preset to capture this phenomenon. Also might be something similar happening at the end of this video with the reflection of the little lights on the guard rails when they move with the view from the car, disconnected from their original source.
I can live with things I never see, since I don't look back much, but it IS an interesting phenomenon.
