T500RS - can't assign pedals or wheel?

Hi!

Bought a new highspec pc a week ago. Always disliked rf2 before but wanted to see how it looked maxed out and wanted to test the gt3-pack. Installed it started it, went to settings.

Steeringwheel and pressed "DETECT". Sure enough its detected as a T500RS, just as it is, but steering, throttle, brake and clutch are marked red. Ok, so i click them to assign pedals and wheel. It wont let me, no input goes through.

Why?

 

Try to :

1. Left rf2
2. remove the USB cable and then put it back
3. Restart rf2

 

Have you installed the latest T500 drivers?

 

I am absolutely not sure but I read somewhere in this forum that the latest drivers are incompatible or give problems in rf2. ***I am absolutely not sure***

 

I placed the latest ones in & have had no problems so far...

Moreover the update of the drivers is in principle a good council in complement of mine in the preceding post.
