Sunny days don't look Sunny?

Have had this issue for a long time, thought maybe its time I asked if anyone has it or if there is a fix.

Any track, was just as Silverstone, 84 degrees and Sunny. But out on the track, things are grey and darker then they should be on a Sunny day.


Rig is Quad-Core I-760, 8Gb DDR3-3200, GTX460. Run great FPS wise....but its much darker than RF1 was.

Other games, sims (RF1) all look fine.....even played with different Monitor modes....some difference but nothing like a proper sunny day under the Windshield tint.

That is the way it looks without HDR

Turn Hdr on to improve the lighting.

 

Man, huge difference....even the shifts lights are now Red. (been Yellow for ever)
