SteamVR not detecting Oculus Rift

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to sync my Oculus rift with my steamVR account and its always undetectable. I use it on Iracing via their website platform and is works great but when I open steamVR it never detects. I use windows 10 with a GE Force GTX 1080 graphics card.

Any helpful tips would be great

Yes I am running oculus homepage as well

 

Have you run steam vr room setup?

 

The oculus headset comes up “flashing green” then when I try and configure it with both room and static they are both greyed out options and don’t detect the oculus, I have a feeling that it’s most likely a driver issue with my graphics card :/

 

Check for latest driver and see if there are any known issues. If so maybe roll back to the last driver that worked. Although I am sure there is something obvious I am not thinking of.
