Steam client error

After the steam client error yesterday, RF2 didn't show in game some defautl ISI content (cars and tracks). I supposed (wrongly) that cleaning RF2 \Cache, Steam would dowload again it's content if I restarted game, it hasn't.

Now only third party content is available, how can I recover the ISI content I am suscribed to?

You'll need to verify integrity of game cache

 

Thanks a lot, it worked fine, just in case someone has the same problem I had, the name of option in Properties/Local Files has changed from Cache to "Verify integrity of game files".
