starting fuel error in race session

During a race session, many drivers configured a gasoline "X". When they went out to the track to start the race, everyone left with 5 or 10 liters less than the gasoline they put in.

The official DLC GT3 cars?

Obviously those cars have been used a lot, so can probably rule out an issue with them. (I assume there's no third-party upgrades involved?)

Yes, official cars. Third party upgrades? I think no.

How are you measuring what fuel they started the race with? If you are using something like Nibo’s log analyser, then the “starting” fuel level is actually the fuel level at the completion of lap 1.

we all have it since many........years

i explain
when racing with a car that needs a pitstop with tyres and fuel
example:
the amount fuel you have in a GT3 in 105 Liters in GT3 S397 Merc AMG GT
at some moment the HUD pit menu switch ON automaticlly (based on a lap to pit) berfore the end of fuel tank and advice you to pit before the pit strategy you define in pit menu.

The situation was…

GT3 cars, race session. In the wait time, every body config an amount of liters, 60 for example. When we push the drive button and the cars are behind the safety car, the hud shows 55 liters.

 

Fast rolling start? You didn't drive out of the pits? I'm guessing that's the reason.
