Does anyone know of a list somewhere, or a clear way of determining, which legacy and historical mods have been updated yet to be useable under the new sound system? I mostly race with historical mods (most frequently Porsche 917K and Group C cars) and have held off on updating until the sound situation gets resolved for legacy mods.
I don't have a list, but there are two parts to your question. Several mods have converted their Stereo sound samples to mono to make use of the 3d posistional sounds now possible with the new sound engine. But perhaps only the F1 1986 mod has even partially attempted to add in all the possible new sound permutations.
