    Hi Tim can you tell me if Rfactor2 supports SoftTH?

    If Yes ( i hope so) is just to throw the .dll filel in to rfactor2 instaled folder?

    Thanks

    No idea, and probably won't work until they make suitable adjustments as things have moved around.

    You put it into the 'Core' subfolder where rFactor2.exe resides. Unfortunately it's not working on the current version.

    Works fine here. Using version 2.07a . Copied the config from rF1.
    You need to copy the config and dll files to the "rfactor2\core" directory. Then run "rF config.exe" utility and set your resolution. Once in launcher click the "Configure Sim" button and repeat the resolution setting.
    All done, works like a charm here :D

    Bummer, mine crashes when it is about 80% through loading the track!

    If I remove the SoftTH DLL then all works fine. Obviously after running config each time.

    I wonder what makes my machine special! :(

    Run the config from the rfactor launcher, then try it.

    I upgraded to 2.08b and it now works in single player, but in online mode it will bomb out if you have more than about a handful of racers.

    Anyone else seeing the same?

    I am using a 23" 1920x1080 primary and two 19" 1280x1024 as sides all on a single ATI 6870. Here is my config.SoftTHconfig file:

    Code:
    [main]
    renderResolution=5024x1121
    nonlocalFormat=RGB16D
    keepComposition=0
    smoothing=1
    debugD3D=0
    zClear=1
    vsync=0
    tripleBuffer=0
    screenshotFormat=jpg
    dllPathD3D9=auto
    dllPathDXGI=auto
    dllPathD3D11=auto

    [overrides]
    forceResolution=0
    antialiasing=0
    processAffinity=0
    FOVForceHorizontal=0
    FOVForceVertical=0

    [head_primary]
    sourceRect=1552,21,1920,1080
    screenMode=1920x1080

    [head_1]
    ; Autodetected as \\.\DISPLAY1 at AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
    devID=1
    sourceRect=3623,0,1401,1121
    transportResolution=1280x1024
    transportMethod=auto
    noSync=0
    fpsLimit=0

    [head_2]
    ; Autodetected as \\.\DISPLAY3 at AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
    devID=2
    sourceRect=0,0,1401,1121
    transportResolution=1280x1024
    transportMethod=auto
    noSync=0
    fpsLimit=0
    The sourceRect is larger than the transportResolution to compensate for the different DPI across the monitors.

    Cheers
