Sim Racers 4 Life welcomes you to our 2017 spring-summer season. In this league we will race the USF2000. This little trainer is a nice car to drive. Easy to handle and not too powerful this formula car will help you polish all your driving techniques. This first round will take place in Road America. This track has a balanced combination between corners and straights, getting the best aero setup for the car won't be easy. (Looking for corner or straight speed? that is the question). The pitlane is quite long too and this cars take a while to have their tires changes, pitting strategy will be very important. SR4L wishes you good luck for the season. I like the US2000 car, I like Road America....but why put the two together? Those long straights and a low powered car.... Next time choose a more tightly wound course that keeps you busy. (hint: VIR) or (hint: just about any BTCC track) With the US2k, avoid tracks that are F1 smooth or wide with long straights.(like hint: shanghai Hai!) Good Luck, Sounds like you things went well.
I wonder why the real series races there then? Good racing, I'll have to join you guys for more in the future.
Indy Racing League races at Road America. The real series is a support race for IRL. Thus the real series mostly races where IRL races.
It might have been a big track for a little car but surprising it turned out pretty fun. Lots of overtaking, action and spills. We started off with an easy track but next track is very far from that, 'Virginia International Raceway', a very twisty track. All tracks in this league are USA ones. Hope to see you there.
