Shadows : what's the matter ?

    It's seems that i have some problems with the shadows. I have downloaded and installed the last ATI drivers and it's always the same. Any idea ?

    My idea is that this is beta... and you won't have it fixed until final release

    why? maybe one of incoming update will help in this area.

    Think they've already said they have bigger issues to fix and shadows are relatively low down in the list of urgent fixes.

    Your particular level of shadow detail probably doesn't have the rubber part of the tires as a shadow casting object. Unfortunately there's a bunch of known issues like this all likely to be fixed when the shaders are updated at some point during the beta.
