Currently there are right now 4 online servers running with fellow drivers in them and having fun, a fun that I'd like to be involved with, but. It says either mod or something else not installed, being clued up I went and updated, it seems I am indeed "up to date" I can only presume these are "testers" perhaps or people that have downloaded "RF2 Stuff" that I haven't. I rely only on the Up-Dater on the rFactor Launcher 0.549 (as I currently am reading the screen). I still say with confidence, I'm a driver not a computer geek. Have I done something wrong, am I not in the important group or is it just something as simple as me. Thanks
Mods have nothing to do with the system build version. You need to see where the actual content comes from that is running on the servers. That content needs to match, then you can join. So try looking for servers running default content, or look for the mod they are using and install it yourself.
