Servers keep dropping off Matchmaker again.

Couldnt find if it was mentioned already, but the dedicated servers keep dropping of Matchmaker again. I have used different servers, different mods, different installs, did reboots and all, but results are the same.

Server is started
Succesfully added
After 1 minute, succesfully updating

And then after a while
Could not connect to the matchmaker service.

After a reset (options, next, next, load track), all is fine for a while again.

 

Just checked again. It does not matter if the selected content is custom, or default. Are there more who experience this issue?

 

our partner community is experiencing the same issue the last days.

Dedicated server is running fine on the root server but the server disappears from the matchmaker after a while.
Only a restart of the dedicated server solves this issue.

 

Same thing with our servers, work well for days and some evenings have this problem.

Been experiencing it for a while now, I assumed it was reported as I had heard many talk about it.

 

unfortunately the problem is increasing, and often I have to reboot the server, because they sleep and write Could not connect to matchmaker.
Hopefully ISI to resolve.

I have to say that I experience the opposite lately. Much less problems with the servers. Some run for a week or 2 without any interruption.

It does happen from time to time that a server drops out, but the frequency is down a lot!

 

I announced the problem to Max Angelo.
Aspect of his information about this problem.
Some days the server work fine.
Some days are disconnected from matcmaker.

Well, i was unaware of the issue, and i am not sure ISI are in knowledge.

Time to point the problem to ISI, just to be sure they read it.

Dont expect a reply by them, but a sort of info when the issue will be tracked and fixed (may be here in the forum or in the release change log).

 

ISI knows about it. I already spoke to Tim about it at the day I posted the initial post.

They know the issue is around, and as I understood, they have to address this with the update for the dedicated server. There are more flaws in it at the moment, and I believe that it will be addressed with 1 of the coming updates.

 

after reporting to ISI, the servers are stable in these last days, to stay connected to the Matchmaker.
I wanted to know if the other administrators could be confirm.

How does it work faultless for months and suddenly have troubles.

Obviously it is something someone has done in the last week.

Anyway this is taking too long please fix or I be asking for refund tommorow.

 

yesterday evening we have the problem again matchmaker connection.
Three servers are working properly,and two others not.
Even if I send to the next race,do not connect to matchmaker.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the server,but the problem continues.

Same here, and the problems continue.

It was strange though. I had 5 servers up, on 2 different machines. On both machines, 1 of the servers dropped of matchmaker, the others where still running.
When I tried to restart them, they won't connect anymore. So, the issue is changed. Before I could just restart, and all was working again. Now, I can't set anything up anymore.

The one server that is still running, is having no troubles at all. Stays online, and is updating. Really strange this....
