Hello, I am trying to host an server and join on the same PC and I have followed the User Guide to a T, but when I try to join the server in my game I get "Unable to download mod" error shown below.
In the server UserData profile2 folder I made, I edited the player.JSON file to change the WebUI port to a different port from my player.JSON in my rFactor2 steam install like the S397 guide says. I even changed the ports listed in multiplayer.JSON to different ports (and appropriately changed the ports on router). I have had a friend joined before but when I try to I keep getting this error. I have spent 10 hours trying to get this to work.
