    Why are some series structured differently than others???

    Here's an example of what I'm referring to:

    BT20_MAIN.mas = can be opened and extracted
    C6R_car.mas = can be opened and extracted {Also notice the naming difference in this series}
    F2_MAIN.mas = Error "unknown mas key" cannot be opened! {WHY???}
    FISIR_MAIN.mas = can be opened and extracted

    1. Can someone explain why certain series components can be accessed and others cannot .....
    2. Also, why are certain series naming structure different?
    Example: _MAIN versus _car

    Thank you!!!!!

    "unknown mas key" error means the mas file is encrypted because there is some data that is either proprietary or copyrighted that is not to be used for other components. The naming convention for the mas files is somewhat arbitrary, there's no requirement on what to name them. The conventions are explained thoroughly in the "Creating a Component Package" in the doc ModMaker.chm in the Support\Tools folder.
