I still get server connection failed on the sb2000 Mix. If I uninstall the mod (because I have successfully connected in the past) it reinstalls the mod when I try to connect but then immediately boots me with that same message. I can connect to all the other ISI servers ok?
Hi Dave obviously this is kind of solved now except that....... now I can't connect to the ISI F3 server. It worked once, now everytime I try to connect to it it says connection failed. If I uninstall the mod it will reinstall it for me when I try to connect, but then boot me exactly how the SB2000 server was doing. Again I can connect to the other ISI servers. Is this server the same install as the SB2000 one? Most bizarre.
I wonder if by some chance, you have a bad download? Have you tried to uninstall it and delete it from your packages folder? Maybe then it will let you connect, and re-download it. Just a thought stranger things have happened...might be worth a try? Dave
So as it turns out this was some hitch with my router, a simple reset sorted it out. I had been experiencing no problems with any other software online, my smart tv was ok, my phone was ok, basically everything on my network was fine except being able to connect to that one server properly. Astounding. Unfortunately I got to the stage of wiping and reinstalling rf2 before trying this so I must go now, got mods to install, lots of them, and plr and controller.ini and multiplayer.ini to check/replace.
