Safety Car broken at Belgium '66

    Hey guys!

    So I've been racing with the AI at Belgium 1966 a lot, and I really wanted to find a way to get FCYs working since the AI seem to be so crash-happy. I went into the .gdb file and added some conditions for the safety car, like minimum laps, random laps, formation speed, etc.

    However, when a yellow comes out, the Safety Car is invisible. It shows up on the track map, but it isn't actually there. Plus, it's going far slower than the formation speed based on what I can see on the map. This results in most of the pack creating their own queue going 120 kph (the formation speed I set) but a couple of cars randomly decide to only go 20 kph, which usually just causes a huge crash.

    Does anyone here have experience with programming safety car/FCY behavior for tracks + could help me fix these random slow cars and invisible safety car?
