Runtime error ... please help!

Hey! I´m not new to Sim Racing but im new to rFactor ... I have a small problem ... I CAN´T LAUNCH THE GAME! It always does the same thing ... Runtime error...
So far i´ve done:
Reinstall 3 times, 2 off them i deleted every thing that i could...
Updated my graphics card drivers
See if there were any updates to the game, runtime,...
Deep cleaned my PC and scanned every thing...
Can you help?

Try varifying the files within steam,if still no joy,make a bit of the runtime files it’s missing and find a download for then,but they should all be supplied within the installation
