    rFactor 2 the launcher doesn't start. And it doesn't turn off in the steam after that.
    - I checked the files - it doesn't help
    - Removed all mods from the workshop

    Sometimes the game starts and everything works fine - I didn't find any reasons why in most cases the launch fails.
