rfactor 2 no cars or maps

i just bought rfactor 2 today to play with my g27, and there is no tracks or cars to play. do you have to add them if so how do you do it?

on the first link it dose not let me download the files its just white were it say download

 

See the upper page for downloads. There are version numbers with red color. Click on those (they are download links).

Read the "How do I install content?" and "How do I update content?" sections.

Also, when you download the official ISI content, make sure you download all versions. For example, if there is a version v1.1 of a mod, you will also need to download and install v1.0 of the mod first. (Note that when rF2 finally gets "released" ISI will re-release the content as individual components and make it easier. But during the testing period, this is how it is.)
